apply_central_impulse is not working without 'Export With Debug' in built game.

I have apply_central_impulse calling at random intervals which works in the editor and when the game is built with ‘Export With Debug’ enabled however when this option is false it doesn’t work. I’ve never had this happen before nor can I reproduce it in another project. This is In Godot 3.1 so I don’t know if this issue will carry over/happen in 3.2.
