Strange render artifacts.

Sometimes, when i enabled some effects, like when ssao, ssr, auto exp or dof far blur, i have strange visual artifacts:

After reopen scene, artifacts disappear, but when move camera, they appear again. When i set all effects off, artifacts disappear, but some black quads is visible, like that:

The last screenshot is from running scene, where artifacts is visible too.
