I'm trying to get the player's unique ID using OS.get_unique_ID but it always returns an empty string (I guess..., or null).
I never saw it returning a valid unique ID..
Is it some kind of bug? What am I doing wrong?

I'm using Godot on Ubuntu.

OS.get_unique_ID() only returns values on Android and iOS, on the other platforms it only returns an empty string (and an error message): https://github.com/godotengine/godot/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=get_unique_ID

I'm not sure why it is so, I'll make an issue on GitHub to discuss this.

I've just found this GitHub issue, but thanks anyway.
