Has anyone else noticed that the editor gets confused when there is more than one animation tree in a scene? If you edit one it edits the other one too.

I do not understand how the tree player works but are you sure that you are not editing the same resource on many animation trees? if the resource is shared you will see the changes on all the trees (the same happens with materials, meshes, etc.).

I think you are right. I created another animation tree that was not created via duplicating and everything has been working fine.
