Ok fortunately for you I actually played with that project before. For a beginner I believe the setup is a little complex though. The shader is supposed to be inside of a ShaderMaterial which is used by a ColorRect which is a child of a Viewport.
The viewport’s texture is then put into a WorldEnvironment to be used as a panorama.

Ok, so in a little more detail the WorldEnvironment node is used to override the default environment. It has a parameter where you can setup a panoramic image to be used as a skybox. That’s where the Viewport and ColorRect come in. The viewport allows you to render stuff into a texture. BTW it’s parameter own_world must be set to true. And the color text acts as a canvas for the viewport to capture.

…Yep I still can’t explain very well.

Thank you
Is the colorrect the worldEnvironment panoramasky?
I couldn’t find it.

I’m so sorry. I meant Sprite. This project uses a Sprite node as a canvas that the viewport captures.
