I am trying to export games to android even empty scenes are giving me errors. I am trying to export with debug and I have made my debug key store from here: https://docs.godotengine.org/en/3.1/getting_started/workflow/export/exporting_for_android.html

I have godot = Godotv3.1.1-stablewin64
I have android-studio = android-studio-ide-191.5900203-windows
I tried java = jdk-11.0.3windows-x64bin
and java = java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.222-2.b10.ojdkbuild.windows.x86_64

I don't understand it I can't solve it from google either.

Got the same issue when trying to run/install a working project on Android in Godotv3.1.1-stablex11.64.
Trying to install the generated APK ends with "App not installed".

I believe it's the same problem as Unicode errors (invalid skip) #11440 but on res/layout/status_bar_ongoing_event_progress_bar.xml according to the log.
