AssetLib stuck at 20%

The AssetLib, as well as the Template List in the Project manager are always take 5 - 10 Minutes to load (The bar is always stuck at 20%). Once it has loaded the actual downloading is very fast.
I live in central Europe and my internet should be more than adequate.
