I have an idea of a Multiplayer game tho I don't want it to be large scale,I have 0 knowledge in networking event go I have seen some videos on it. So how do I achieve it
You mean LAN multiplayer? I believe local multiplayer means multiple players on same machine.

For my suggestion you should first initiated 10 k player scaled game then you can move into 10 times larger with web sockets so you can see the difference of load times. Can you share the source code with me so I can be help of?
