Default shortcut for right context menu does not work [Ubuntu]

I am using Godot 3.1.1 and Ubuntu 19.04. Is there any reason why the default key on the keyboard (standard windows keyboard) for the context menu does not work in Godot ?

Godot doesn’t have a standard context menu. The editor doesn’t make use of the standard system UI at all, it works and looks the same across windows, mac and linux.
