Is is safe to use Node2D inside Control or does it have some side effects?
I want to use Control to layout my Node2D’s

No! Using Node2D will cause problems, they are not like Control nodes because Controls have options for anchor and layout but NOT Node2D.
then how i could use spritesheets or any util node2d? i can’t figure out
