When Godot will have occlusion culling?

It lags so much in 3d. Why developers adding so many features and forget about that very important feature like occlusion culling?

I don’t know whether “occlusion culling” is a very important feature, but I’m sure it’s on the roadmap (there’s an item for “real-time occlusion” on the roadmap). Whether it will get implemented depends on what supporters of the project want and what the developers of the engine think should be developed.

If you wish, you can support the development of the engine on Patreon and suggest to make “occlusion culling” a priority in Juan’s monthly development polls. Other than that, I don’t know how we can help you.

I THINK Godot will have occulusion culling in Godot 4.0. (After 3.2) Also, Godot’s 3D performance isn’t bad at all if you have the right hardware. (I’m honestly impressed about Godot’s performance compared to Unity and especially Unreal Engine. And I use integrated graphics.)
