My window resolution is 160x144 so the font needs to be pretty tiny if i want to fit it into
my boxes but every font i use is not clear if set the size too small.

Is there a way around it or its just like that and i cant do anything about it.

Is there any places to download fonts that are still clear even if the size is 5 or 10.

See if you can find a good one on Google fonts.
Good luck !

Have you tried pixel fonts? Those typically have a size of around 8px (although it is specific to each font). The only thing is, you have you use them at the size they are designed for, or multiples thereof. Sizes outside these ranges look blurry. For example an 8px pixel font looks great at 8px, 16px, 24px etc.

There are a few pixel fonts here that you can try out. Hope this helps!
