Bad KinematicBody2D Movement

Hello, can someone tell me what is wrong with this code? the player jump movement doesn't feel smooth. i want to make player jump when key press left and right and i want player sliding agains tiles.

Hi,
I've seen your project, but i don't understand what you wan't to do with the code.. can you edit your question adding the code with some comments that explains what is your intention with each part? Because i see that you set velocity.x to -1 then to 0 then to run speed...
