What is default workflow for exporting game to publish on Google Play? Please give me some links or tips that are REQUIRED to publish Godot game on Google Play (I have game created in Godot and Developer Google Account)

For exporting to Android, you have this documentation. Some people had trouble with exporting to android, and this can help (i think is only necesary for old releases, but anyway i leave you the link). Also this tool can be of help.
For publishing in google play store, just publish at any apk like this link states.
