I would like to make a single tile bigger…how?
Biger than what? Do you want to change size of cell for all tiles in one tilemap, or you want to have one tile with different size than the rest of tiles in one tilemap. In the first case change Cell Size propertie in TileMap. In second case you need to have separate tilemap, tile size is dependent on TileMap - you can not have two tiles inside one TileMap with different sizes.
