Setting filters in Godot

In continuation of the question.

The first check-box “Use Nearest Mipmap Filter”, it refers to parameter “Anisotropic Filter Level”? Or both?

Minimum level “Anisotropic Filter Level” = 1. Is this equivalent to disabled? Or something already works?
