How to Make Each unpacked Instance a unique object

I’ve notice that if you have an instance object inside the scene tree that has similar names. The engine basically duplicates all of them them when you try to instance another copy. Any idea why this happens?

Can you share some code that does reproduce this? In its current state I’m unable to understand what the question is all about.
