I’m new to Godot Engine and I was wondering if it’s possible to publish my games created on Steam. If so, how?

Yes, once you export your game, you can publish it on Steam. You should check out the Godot documentation on exporting, as well as Steam’s documentation about publishing. I believe Steam charges around $100 to publish a game.
