Enabling glow in the world environment node doesn’t seem to work for android. Is it expected behaviour or am I doing something wrong?
If it works on PC but not Android, you probably hit a bug and should report it on Github.

I know this is an old thread, but someone might still find it now and still wonder about this question!
IN Project Settings > Rendering > Quality > Depth
Turn on Hdr.mobile!
