Computer crashed, now godot fonts and pop-up windows are bigger than normal.

I know this is a rather odd question and is not something wrong inside Godot itself, but my computer crashed and when I turned it back on all of Godot’s fonts and pop-up windows were larger than they were before. It’s probably some system-wide setting on Windows, but I don’t know what it could be. All other applications appear normal. How do I return Godot to it’s normal appearance? (It is affecting both my copy of Godot 3.0.2 and the most recent build of 3.1 I have).

Now that I look at it, it appears Godot is stretched, as though it is in a resolution like 720p and is stretching itself to fit my 1080p monitor (the fonts themselves appear slightly fuzzy).

A Windows pop-up appeared telling me my apps appear blurry and sent me to display settings. I turned on a toggle that lets windows adjust the scale of apps that appear blurry, but now Godot’s fonts and pop-ups appear smaller than normal.
