RigidBody in order to optimize fall asleep. At certain events, they all need to Wake up. How to do this?

Aren't they supposed to wake up automatically when something makes them collide?

One RigidBody, lies on the other RigidBody. They both sleep. I'm taking a RigidBody lower inventory = removed from the scene. The upper RigidBody remains hanging in the air. I want to Wake up all the RigidBody when I take an item from the scene in my inventory.

Maybe you can try apply_impulse with a force of zero?
Otherwise there is a function in PhysicsServer: http://docs.godotengine.org/en/3.0/classes/class_physicsserver.html#class-physicsserver-body-set-state
