Godot 3 and Normalmap

I create a normalmap from Albedo using the Gimp plugin. As a rule, it is necessary to invert the green channel. Is this required for material a Godot from 3?

I created 2 materials, in one of the inverted green channel one has no invertedin the other. I don’t see the difference. I did not see the errors of fake lighting on both materials.
