What is the most efficient scene format (scn, tscn, xml..)?

You can save scenes in Godot in different formats.
I know that tscn compared to scn is readable. But what if I really care about performance. Is there a difference between the formats? Which one should I choose for best performance?

Note that Godot converts all scenes on export to .scn
