In Blender, I'm using a procedural cloud texture to make polygon water. In blender, it runs perfectly. So, I then use Better Collada (.dae) to export the model and animation to Godot, yet, the water doesn't actually do the same thing like in Blender.
Here is the animation in Blender, moving the plane slightly in a diamond pattern, making the waves moves.
However, in Godot, although it moves in a diamond shape, it doesn't render the waves. As seen here.
I've exported with "All Actions", "Export Animation" and "Apply Modifiers".
P.S: I don't know if I should ask right here, would Blender be a better place to ask?
