I can't create a new project nor open an existing one in Godot (fresh install)

Hello Everyone

I’m a newbie in the word of video games and I have never used a game engine either, before. Godot is the first which catch my interest. I installed the 3.0 version it through Steam yesterday. I am on Windows 7 64 bits service Pack 1 (hd: 720go, ram: 6go, intel core i5, intel hd graphics 4400).
The problem starts when I try to create a new project or when i try to edit an existing one. It crashes and sends me an error message that i don’t get at all. Here are the screens captures of the windows if it helps.

Now, when i try to create a new project, after closing the error dialog, i see that a folder is created.

And I cannot open it either.
I tried to use the version from godot webite too (both on my computer and on a usb flashdrive) but It’s worse because the command dialog and the main window both crash almost instantly after opening. I just have time to see some line in red in the command dialog.

I don’t really know what to do anymore, now that every option I knew failed to work.

P.S; I installed version 2.x and got the same issue (both 32 and 64 bits for versions 3.0 and 2.x are crashing on my system).

did you install the latest driver for intel graphic?

By the way, I didn’t know what generation your processor was, so you have to choose it by yourself under ‘View by product’.
