Hey,

I picked up learning Godot 2 days ago and now I’ve encountered some problems.
I don’t understand how size and scale works in Godot.

Example:

I set the window size in project settings to 1080 x 1920px. Now I import a texture of the size 700 x 700 and it’s like 3 times the size of the window (scale of the node set to 1, 1)??? How does that make sense? Also, when I adjust the BASE Node2D in a scene in the 2D editor to fit the window size, the scale of the node is like 17, 30.

Can somebody explain to me how all this works? Because it’s really time-consuming.

Thanks alot.
Greetings, Footurist

I have literally no idea what it was, but it’s back to normal now. :stuck_out_tongue:
