Why i always have micro-jam of the action every secound?

All works smoothly, but like every secound i see micro action-step.

Any tips?

Also 3D projects don’t work at all (super slow). But 2D works good but with micro-jam. But 2D works efficiently.

You didn’t mention whether you were on 2.1 or 3.0, but this sounds like a known 3.0 issue related to the remote scene tree:

The workaround is to disable it in Editor Settings → Debugger.
