I see in the examples: in the tree one scene, integrated another scene in the role of an object first scene. This is done directly in the editor Godot.

In order to not describe all their failed experiments... I will say briefly - I was not able to repeat it.

I do upload animated model from Blender: enter link
As a result I have a separate scene with this model.
Now I need to insert it into an existing scene as a scene object.

How to do it?
There is one variant (algorithm), or there are several?
If multiple copies of this model, how to perform instancing to optimize?
