Godot Is laggy

I’ve downloaded a template online, (FPS 3D), its not working perfectly, its running @ 1 to 3 Frames Per Second. I’ve a Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit), INTEL (R) graphics, 4GB ram and i3 processor. It does’t has too much poly, not any shaders, it has only one texture in jpeg with 512 x 512 pixels.

Do you see anything in the console? Which version of Godot is this? Which FPS example is it?

The FPS of Calinou’s https://github.com/Calinou/fps-test and the errors are

  1. Error opening file Icon.png
  2. Unicode error: invalid skip

Hmm those two errors are common, they usually don’t prevent the project to open. Is it the only output?

its consuming 242,862 k in processes. also export to exe works fine, but running in Godot does’t
