Published before Godot 3 was released.
On my laptop with Windows 10 64 bit and scaling disabled the cursor points above the real position (about 5-10 pixels). Is there any solution?
first of, if you are using a custom cursor it might be the problem but if not you can simply decrease/increase the results in 5-10 pixels

I have the exact same problem, but I first noticed it on different programms: first in LibreOffice, where using the service pack windows 7 fixed it and then in Minecraft where the problem only happened in windowed mode.
Unfortunately I din’t find any way around it this time.
I asked this question on Godot’s Github and Reduz told me it was a bug with my outdated graphic card driver. Try updating yours if you are still having this problem.
