is it planned that Godot 3.x to support opengl 3.0?
The current alpaha 1 requieres opengl 3.3.

I have a notebook i like to work with and it only can do opengl 3.0.

There are plans to support older mobile GPUs in 3.1, maybe it will allow you to use it. OpenGL 3.0 is fairly old already, though.
