I’m trying to export a game for windows desktop and the executable cannot be run if i don’t export it with enabled debugging console.

This is my first time creating a game in Godot so I’m pretty lost. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: this is the error message i get:
(translated: “This applicantion cannot be run on your computer.
If you want to find version for your computer, contact the software publisher.”)

Hello Neuron,

What happens when you try to execute the exported game exactly?

Do you get any error messages?

When i execute the exported this is the only thing that happens.(I added the error message)

Hmm…

That’s definitely odd.

The lack of a Godot icon on your game gives me the impression that something is going wrong when you export your game as a Windows Desktop application.

Maybe you can try to re-install the export templates and see if that corrects the issue?

Download - Godot Engine

Let me know if that helps!
