How do I change the origin corner of isometric tiles?

Hello! I’m trying to make “walls” with the tile editor, but they seem to be “stuck in the floor” rather than extending upwards as desired.

Basically, if you look at this picture, It’s currently working like the red one. Turning on Centered Textures makes it look like the green one. I could add a bunch of blank space under the wall into the texture, but that seems like a bad idea. I want it to work like blue. enter image description here
I saw under the cell tab there was an option called Tile Origin, but none of the settings seemed to work.

I just ran into the same issue. I solved it by adjusting the Tex Offset of the specific tiles. In my case, a value of Y=-160 was enough to raise the origin of the “wall” tiles so they draw above the floor.
