While I’m not sure why would you want to do such thing, you definitely can.
Go to Project → Export… → (choose your preset) → Resources → Filters to export n… Write *.pck to include all .pck files. Be careful, as if you will export into somewhere inside project folder, new versions will include previous pck as well. You might want to specify folder from which .pck files will be included.
