Low pitched audio from Godot programs while using headphones

I’ve been having an issue with several Godot fan projects (Mega Man Four Hounds, Mega Man Uprising, and one I’m developing) where audio through my headphones is pitched significantly lower while the audio is fine when played through my speakers. This doesn’t seem to be fully consistent as another fan project (Mega Man Rock n Roll) has its audio unaffected. I am using headphones plugged into an Xbox controller, which itself is wired to my Windows 10 PC. Is anybody familiar with this issue and would know how to fix it?
