Visual script where else to learn besides youtube, documentation (which almost doesn't exist for visual script)

Some people might disagree with this but I'd personally look up blender node tutorials. Ok, it's a different piece of software that doesn't do the same thing but the fundamentals are transferrable in my opinion. Especially if you take simple node set ups and try to replicate them in Godot, you'll learn a lot doing that.

Unfortunately, I can't help you more as I personally use the written shaders.

Thanks to the first link you gave me, I know. and the second from what I saw is the basics anyway thanks. Maybe someone else is chewing something up
