HTTPRequest timeout when trying to HTTPClient.GET

The HTTPRequest was working fine a few days ago, however recently, it timeout... for a long time (1 minute).. (but it will work if you wait for a while??)
It also timeout in previously working versions of the game.
I am able to connect to the link when I use POSTMAN and issue the get command without any problems, and I am able to get the results instantaneously.

This is the link I am having trouble with, every other link works:
