why fade in animation need "visible = on" in keyframe?

i set a visible on a label on, and i try to make an fade in animation,
so i set the keyframe on 0 sec is “alpha = 0”,
and on keyframe 0.3 is “alpha = 255”,
and it doesnt work, it only work if i set “visible = on” on 0 sec,
but why? is that necessary?
i already set the visibility on the label at first

i forgot that the “Reset” animation was visible off, and i think this is the reason
