Hi everyone,

on my way to "understanding ads" for mobile applications and how to place them in Godot, I stumble over several different Admob-Plugins on GitHub – or are they that different? I see some, for example, from Shin-Nil or kloder-games or Poing-Studios or Mavhod... and they all appear quite similar to my unexperienced eyes, leaving me a bit confused.

So some questions arise. In order to place ads into a (both Android and iOS)-mobile-app, do I actually need to use such an AdMob-plugin or are there other ways? Has anybody maybe good (or bad) experiences with one or another of such plugins, or any recommendations?

And are there any tutorials recommendable? Any help is much appreciated.
