When I open my Godot all my scripts are suddenly empty

I’m genuinely unsure how this happened. I was working on my project, I closed Godot with all my scripts saved, everything good, and then when I reopened the project around an hour later all my open scripts were empty and I couldnt open any new ones. My project is also starting to give me errors when I open it about missing dependencies – where the dependencies are scripts that I’ve written. How do I fix this? Are my scripts gone? I would really really appreciate some help with this.
