How to upload files to the HTML5 filesystem on export

Is it possible to “add/upload” files to the HTML5 filesystem when exporting the game?
Or to upload them with a script afterwards ?

Not clear on your question, but the HTML5 export creates a folder that you can add extra files to after export (e.g. fonts).
