How to set up the apk expansion?

Hello all,
I’m totally confused, I cannot find any information about that:
I’m trying to export an apk for Play Console, but since my program is over 230 MB, I can’t upload it as 1 apk / aab file.

I have to use the apk expansion, and I have some questions:

  • what is “Salt”?
  • What kind of public key does it wants? (Same as for publishing an
    application? Or something else?)
  • What permissions should I set?

I tried to upload apk and obb to the play console, I succeeded, but after downloading from the play market to the phone, the program does not work, it just crashes at start.

Is somewhere manual for Apk Expansion?
