I want to start using godot and i have a big question

i have
core i3 2120(i will change to a xeon)
gt 710 2gb ddr3
8 gb ddr3
and a hdd 750 gb

my question is if godot will slow all process involucring disk ussage, because i have a hdd

In a single sentence, your config is more than enough for Godot (unless you’re planning very complex project).

But why don’t you run it for yourself and see?
It’s freely downloadable ~50M or so: Download - Godot Engine
No registration, even no installation is required. All-in-one executable. Very simple to check.
