Hi, I'm creating a 3d game that will need to have procedural generation on it, a whole city actually, it won't need be the most detailed tough, The roads will just have horizontal and vertical directions, the houses will all be of the classic american type to keep limited but coherent, but will also have small stores and bigger buildings. The road is almost done, but I'm having a really harsh time figuring out how to create houses procedurally, I thought of using GridMap as I used for the road, I also experimented creating with CSG nodes, But in any way it seens more than I can take it right now, and keep in mind that the player will have to enter the buildings, so I probably will have to create the outer part, then generate the inner part on the fly when the player gets close (I think).

So what is the best way to do this? There is any third party plugin to help with this? Where can I find content about it? Should I switch to other Engine? I heard that Unreal and Unity has a Houdini plugin for that kind of stuff
