I want to use spotlight like a spaceship light. Something like this.I tried with inspector panel but could not make it. Any idea?
I guess you could do that by designing a conic mesh, put it on a MeshInstance, assign it an additive material (so it will lighten pixels) and combine it with a SpotLight node inside so you get some light at the bottom? That won’t be an actual volumetric light, and I never did that before, but that’s where I would start for a simple solution.
