Sprite transparent areas showing behind shadows

Hi, the transparent parts of my sprites are showing up when covered in shadow. I’ve reimported the sprites with filtering off (and tested a bunch of other settings and reimport). I’ve played with all the settings on the Light2d node that controls the light and shadow. We have a CanvasModulate node. I played around with that, as well as completely turning it off, and I’m still seeing the square of transparency.

This is possibly a bug. There are a ton of bugs with lighting in Godot so see if you can find it on GitHub.
