I started to use blender to make my assets and it would be really helpfull have a visual material editor, (like blender's one or the godot's visual shader editor but for materials), to work in the engine.

Materials are created using that shader editor in godot. Check out how here. https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/tutorials/shading/shader_materials.html
