[2D Skeleton] Locking character's bone/part position e.g. feet and hands.

I have a 2d skeleton, if I pull the torso/chest backwards, I want my character feet to be fixed on the ground and thighs and shin stretching. That’s not the case now.

When I pull the hips/chest backwards, my character’s feet flying with it.

How can I make the feet of the character pinned on ground?

i want know too. 2d skeleton is amazing …but i can’t pin the foot which take a lot diffults now i move the bone back after i posing the other bone by hand
